Last year, when I informed an online travel forum about an Internet UpThink post inspired by a comment from European travel guru Rick Steves, a forum participant got very worked up about the extrovert/introvert distinction. He argued that it made no sense as a binary concept.  I agreed with him, pointing out that if we think of extrovert/introvert as a continuum instead of an either/or framework, we’re allowing for people at the ends of the scale and everywhere else in between, including smack in the middle.  In today’s post, though, I’m exploring a different paradigm.
